Hi, my name is Sarah
I’m Sarah Firebaugh, a Registered Dietitian with a focus on balance. I’m also a foodie, recipe developer, food-focused content creator, and food blogger. I believe in Intuitive Eating, All Foods Fit, Health at Every Size (HAES), everything in moderation, and a non-diet approach. I also believe that anyone can eat + live happily and healthily. My goal is to help others create an achievable, wholesome, and enjoyable life… starting with food!
