4-Ingredient Oreo Truffles

So easy and so delicious!

Ingredients:


Recipe:

  1. Using a food processor, crush Oreos into very fine crumbs.

  2. Add Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese to a small bowl. Use a spoon or your hands to combine together until a "dough" forms. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes - 1 hour.

  3. Remove Oreo mixture from the refrigerator. Use a spoon and your hands to form 6 balls out of the mixture.

  4. Add chocolate chips and coconut oil into a separate small bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

  5. Prepare a small plate with a layer of parchment paper. Dip each Oreo ball into the chocolate and fully cover. Place the chocolate-covered Oreo balls onto the parchment paper.

  6. Place the plate of Oreo truffles into the refrigerator for another 30 minutes - 1 hour. Remove once the chocolate has hardened and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator to prevent chocolate from melting.
