A gut-healthy frozen treat!

Recipe Information:
Makes 4-5 servings
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Total time: 4 hours and 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups blueberries
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4-1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
Recipe:
Wash blueberries, dry and place onto a parchment paper-lined plate.
Drizzle honey and sprinkle chia seeds evenly over blueberries.
Freeze berries on plate for 1-2 hours.
Remove from freezer and place frozen berries into a bowl.
Add Greek yogurt into bowl. Mix with a fork to coat all berries.
Transfer formed clusters to a parchment paper-lined plate and freeze for 3+ hours. Enjoy frozen and store in the freezer!
