Bok Choy Salad

SO refreshing and the best base for protein!!

This is the easiest, most delicious, and most refreshing salad that I make! Read below for the recipe and nutrition information!

Ingredients:

For the salad:

For the dressing:

Recipe:

  1. Slice all vegetables according to preferences.

  2. In a small or medium bowl, combine all veggies for salad.

  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together dressing ingredients until well combined.

  4. Pour dressing over salad, top with protein (check out the miso salmon bites!), and enjoy!
