This is the easiest, most delicious, and most refreshing salad that I make! Read below for the recipe and nutrition information!

Ingredients:
For the salad:
1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
2 Tbsp sliced green onion
For the dressing:
1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sweet chili sauce
Recipe:
Slice all vegetables according to preferences.
In a small or medium bowl, combine all veggies for salad.
In a separate small bowl, mix together dressing ingredients until well combined.
Pour dressing over salad, top with protein (check out the miso salmon bites!), and enjoy!
