Nutrition:

  • Greek yogurt: greek yogurt is a great source of protein, vitamin B12, riboflavin, and selenium! It's also great for gut health, bones, and supporting muscle recovery.

  • Dark chocolate: cacao is chalk full of nutrients including fiber, copper, magnesium, iron, and manganese! It is also a great source of healthy fats and antioxidants. When consumed in moderation, chocolate can absolutely be a part of a healthy and balanced diet!

  • Coconut oil: although coconut oil is a saturated fat and should be consumed in moderation, it is also a great source of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which are easily digested for those with GI conditions! It also has anti-microbial effects and lots of antioxidants.
