These collagen bites are the perfect grab-and-go snack, and taste just like cookie dough! Read below for the recipe and nutrition information!
Recipe Information:
Makes 6-7 balls/servings

Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour of choice

2 tsp chia seeds
1-3 tbsp almond milk (start with 1 and add more as needed! Completely depends on absorbency of protein powder & liquidity of nut butter)
1 large Medjool date, finely chopped
1 Tbsp dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe:
Spread flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. This kills off any bacteria and makes it safe to eat!
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined. Ensure that all dry ingredients are mixed in! Mixture should be cookie-dough consistency.
Form dough into balls and store for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
