Ingredients:
2 slices focaccia bread of choice (I love the Trader Joe's Roasted Tomato & Parmesan Focaccia!)
8-10 slices cucumber
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried oregano
Recipe:
Slice 2 pieces of focaccia bread and toast them until golden and crispy.
Spread 1 Tbsp creamy goat cheese on each slice of toasted bread, using 2 Tbsp total.
On top of the goat cheese, layer microgreens, cucumber, and salami. Sprinkle rosemary and oregano over filling and close sandwich. Enjoy!
