Goat Cheese & Salami Herb Sandwich

Recipe Information:

  • Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

Recipe:

  1. Slice 2 pieces of focaccia bread and toast them until golden and crispy.

  2. Spread 1 Tbsp creamy goat cheese on each slice of toasted bread, using 2 Tbsp total.

  3. On top of the goat cheese, layer microgreens, cucumber, and salami. Sprinkle rosemary and oregano over filling and close sandwich. Enjoy!



 

Nutrition:

  • Goat cheese: goat cheese is nutrient-rich with vitamins and minerals such as copper and riboflavin. It is full of probiotics, as well, aiding in gut health. It's also much easier digested than other cheese types!

  • Microgreens: sprouts and microgreens are great sources of amino acids, carotenoids, and chlorophylls! They're great for strong and healthy bodies.

  • Cucumber: cucumbers are packed with vitamin K, which is essential for blood clotting and bone health! They're also a great source of fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B, copper, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and water for hydration!
