Nutrition:

This toast is PACKED with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals!

  • Sourdough bread: the fermentation process of sourdough makes it more digestible than many other bread types (great for the gut)!! It also delivers iron and folate from its fortified flour and packs in vitamin B12, which is usually only found in animal foods!

  • Greek yogurt: greek yogurt is a great source of protein, vitamin B12, riboflavin, and selenium! It's also great for gut health, bones, and supporting muscle recovery.

  • Apricot: apricots are rich in antioxidants, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, and potassium!
