The BEST Grilled Chicken

JUICY and only 8 minutes!!


Read below for the recipe!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 package chicken breasts

  • 1/4-1 tsp of each seasoning of choice: I love salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne powder (use a generous amount of all!!)

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp melted butter

Recipe:

  1. Pat chicken dry and rub seasonings into the chicken. Be generous with seasonings and ensure that all sides of breasts are equally coated.

  2. Heat a large saucepan to medium-high heat and coat with olive oil.

  3. Once oil is hot, add chicken breast to pan and let cook for 5 minutes on the first side. Do NOT touch or move it during this time!

  4. After 5 minutes, flip the chicken breast and cook the other side for 3 minutes. Again, do NOT touch or move it during this time!

  5. After 3 minutes, lower the heat to medium-low and pour melted butter oven chicken. Use a spoon to baste the butter all around the chicken in the pan. Continue cooking for ~1 minute.

  6. Remove chicken from heat and let rest on a cutting board for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy!
