Evidence-based sleep recipe that actually works!

This is my tried and trued SLEEP MOCKTAIL. If you're like me and have a hard time falling asleep + staying asleep, this concoction is scientifically linked to better rest. Read below for the recipe information & why it works!

 

Recipe Information:

  • Makes 1 serving

  • Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

Recipe:

  1. Add tart cherry juice, elderberry syrup, liquid magnesium, and boiling water to a large mug and mix well. Drink while warm!

  2. Take two capsules of ashwaghanda while drinking your tea.

*Optional: can also remove the powder from the ashwaghanda capsules and mix into the tea!
