Make Me a Meal Plan!

Looking for assistance to guide your day to day food choices, without the need for consistent nutrition counseling? This plan includes an initial 15 minute call to discuss your nutrition goals. I will also ask for you to complete a short worksheet describing your dietary preferences, restrictions, and overall situation in regards to food. Based on this information, I will create a meal plan outline for you that considers meal patterns, energy needs, serving sizes, and more. I'll also include a list of specific foods to increase and to limit, depending on your individualized needs. We will then schedule a 20 minute follow-up meeting to go over the meal plan, how to make healthy choices, and how to translate this into long term behavior. Additional sessions or plan components can be requested for an additional cost! I can also provide recipes and daily menus upon request.

Recipe Personalization

Your dietary restrictions and preferences are IMPORTANT! Having difficulty finding recipes that you love and can actually eat? In this package, I will adjust any recipes of your choosing (my own or from outside sources) to accommodate your personal preferences, allergies, sensitivities, goals, macro limits, and restrictions. Your diet should not restrict you from eating the foods that you want, and I can help you tailor them to best fit into your life. I can also create recipes from scratch based on your personal requirements.

Individual Nutrition Counseling Sessions

Individual sessions are my one-size-fits-all selection! In a single 30 minute session, we can discuss whatever you would like. Whether it's a nutrition concern, diagnosis, question, follow-up, need for support, push for motivation, or your first ever encounter with a Registered Dietitian, I'm here for you!
